The mediators work with the parties to the dispute and their respective counsel so as to optimize mediation and maximize its effectiveness as a dispute resolution process. The mediation style used is adaptable, depending upon such things as the desires of the parties, or the particulars of the dispute.

There is no set-up or cancellation fee charged where written notice is provided the mediator at least forty-eight hours in advance of the date set. There is a four hour minimum in connection with a mediation. Off-site mediations are available with travel time charged portal to portal.
